Strength and Conditioning Summer Jumpstart

Prior to the start of the CPHL fall season, we are offering a ~8 week strength and conditioning program. The goal of this program is to re-establish good off-ice training habits and nutrition leading up to the start of the CPHL season.

Sessions will be held 2 or 3 times a week on Monday/Wednesdays evenings and Saturday mornings. The schedule was developed to work in concert with our summer skate program.

The program will include strength training, plyometrics, conditioning, agility, flexibility, and mobility. Workouts are designed to translate into functional use on ice.

Registration will be limited to ensure an appropriate coach-to-player ratio. Sessions will be held at either Chaparral High School or another location, depending on the objective of the workout. Each session will be 1-1.5 hrs each.
