Todd Schieck, who joined the company in 2002 as the Director of Business Development, played a pivotal role in transitioning M&N into a premier aircraft management and charter operation in the Rocky Mountain Region. By 2015, Todd Schieck became the co-owner and Managing Director of M&N Aviation. Under his leadership, the company expanded its operational focus to include the management of various aircraft sizes, aircraft brokerage, charter brokerage, and a wide range of aviation consulting services.
